The QB1 single-port exhaust valve is mainly composed of a valve body, a valve, an upper cover, a valve stem, a float, an exhaust nozzle, etc. It is used for small-diameter pipelines (4) 50-4 200), it is used as the exhaust function of the pipeline, so that the pipeline will not appear closed gas, air resistance, such as the pump power failure will appear in the pipe at any time negative pressure, automatic suction can protect the safety of the pipeline.
There are two types of connections for this exhaust valve: threaded and flanged
When the gas in the pipeline needs to be discharged, the air in the pipeline enters the valve cavity under the action of water pressure, and is discharged from the valve seat hole, and then the water in the pipeline fills the body cavity, so that the float ball moves up to close the valve seat under the buoyancy of the water, and achieves self-sealing, when the pipeline is in normal operation, the air in the water continuously enters the upper part of the body cavity of the exhaust valve under the action of pressure, forcing the float to descend, leaving the original sealing position, and then the air is discharged from the exhaust nozzle again, and subsequently, the float is restored to the original position of self-sealing. Therefore, the exhaust valve is always open during normal operation, the float keeps repeating the above actions, and the air is constantly discharged. When it is necessary to service or clean the body cavity, the valve should be closed.

1. This valve is suitable for water and hot water pipelines with a temperature of no more than 100°C, so that the air in the pipelines can be discharged.
2. Install a double-port exhaust valve, and a protective valve and ball valve (Q41F-16) must be installed at the bottom to avoid water outage.
3. If there are special standard requirements for flanges, please indicate the flange standards and forms on the contract.
